I offer coaching, online courses, ebooks, guided meditations, workshops, masterclasses, retreats, corporate workshops, keynotes and The Connection Table experiences. Each offer has its own description, price and details on its page. Where a coaching programme, retreat or corporate engagement has its own written agreement or booking terms, those apply together with these terms.
My coaching, courses and content are for personal development and education. They are not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological or legal advice and are not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. You are responsible for the choices you make, and for taking part in any practice, such as breathwork, movement or meditation, at your own pace and within your own limits.
I do my best to share tools and guidance that help, but I cannot guarantee any particular result. Your outcomes depend on many things, including your own effort and circumstances. Testimonials show individual experiences and are not a promise of the same results.
When you buy a course, ebook, workshop recording or similar digital product, I give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the product and the platform it is hosted on continue to exist. Please do not share your login, copy, record, resell or distribute any of my content without my written permission.
Dates, locations and content may change if needed. If I have to cancel or reschedule an event or retreat, I will offer you a transfer or a refund. Events and retreats involve travel, physical and emotional activity and are taken at your own risk. You are responsible for your own travel, insurance, visas and health. Specific terms may apply to each retreat at booking.
For corporate workshops, keynotes and The Connection Table, scope, dates and fees are agreed in writing with your organisation before the work begins.
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, audio, course materials, the Queen Treatment book and the Monica Wadwa name and logo, belongs to me or is used with permission. You may not use it commercially without my written permission.
Please use the website respectfully and lawfully. Do not attempt to damage or misuse the site, or use it to harm, harass or mislead others.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or my products and services. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Dubai.
