Meet Monica
Monica Wadwa is a relationship and feminine embodiment coach, author of Queen Treatment and founder of Manava Retreats. Her signature coaching programme is Heal for Love, where she helps women align with their higher self, heal past emotional wounds, embody their feminine magnetism and practise unconditional self-love.

Who is ALIVE for?
Women who are ready to live their lives fully alive and reconnect with themselves. You don't need any experience with retreats, meditation or coaching.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many women arrive solo, and the circle is designed so you feel held from the first evening.
How does applying work?
We want to keep the group intimate and carefully curated, with women who are ready to transform, heal, connect and have fun along the way. That's why we have a short application process, to make sure you are ready to join this sisterhood community. Once your application has been approved, we'll jump on a quick call to talk through the different room options and decide which would be best for you. Payment details will then be sent, and your spot is secured once payment has been made. Keep an eye out for emails from me with all the details as we prepare. Two weeks before the retreat, you'll also be added to a WhatsApp group where our communication will continue.
How do the rooms work?
Every guest stays in a Treehouse Hideaway, either shared with another guest or on your own with single occupancy. Upgrades to a suite are possible, subject to availability.
What's included, and what isn't?
Accommodation, all breakfasts and dinners, all workshops and ceremonies, the spa day and the sunset photoshoot are included. Lunches, flights, insurance and extras are not. See the full list above.
How and when do I pay?
Once your application is accepted, a non-refundable deposit of £1,000 secures your place. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins. The early-bird price is available to bookings made before 1 December.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are welcome to cancel up to 60 days before the retreat begins. Because we pay the venue, our facilitators and experience providers in advance to hold your space, the £1,000 deposit is non-refundable and covers these commitments.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
No. Every movement session can be adapted to your body and your energy. You are always invited, never pushed.
How do I get there?
Fly into Bali's Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS). Oshom is in Nuanu Creative City on the coast near Tabanan. Your airport transfers to and from Oshom are included, and we'll share all the arrival details once you're booked.
I have dietary requirements. Can you accommodate them?
Yes. Let us know on your application and we'll arrange it with the Oshom kitchen.
